Product Review – Invigorate Pain Relieving Lotion

I have been given this product as part of a product review through the Chronic Illness Bloggers network. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company.

It has been awhile since my last review but I can’t wait to tell you about this product.

Invigorate Lotion, from Resonant Botanicals,  is a natural pain relieving lotion to help with osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and general muscle and joint pain… and it really works!

We still had Violet when my sample arrived. I checked the mailbox on our way out and found a small package inside. I stuck it in my walker and headed off to the park. We were the first ones there so I opened the package and found the lotion. I put some on my sore shoulder and couldn’t believe it. The pain started to melt away, and the aroma was clean and fresh.

The amazing part of it is that the pain in my shoulder was gone for several hours. I don’t mean it was manageable, I mean it was really gone. I was able to use my arm without having that burning pain in my shoulder. I don’t remember the last time it felt that good.

I tend to be a side-sleeper, rolling back and forth through the night thanks to pain in both shoulders and both hips (bursitis). I have been using Invigorate on these joints before going to bed and it makes all the difference in the world. I am able to sleep better (assuming there are no other issues, of course) and rarely have to use more in the night. My husband will also rub my back when needed and, again, I get more relief than I have from any other product.

You may be thinking it sounds too good to be true and I will be honest, it doesn’t always take my pain away completely. But it gives me more relief and movement than I am used to. Anyone with chronic pain anywhere will understand that.

What is this wonder lotion?

Manufactured by Resonant Botanicals, Invigorate is a natural alternative to opioid regimens for relieving the intense pain of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and helps with muscle and joint pain.

It was developed for the owner’s mother who suffered from osteoarthritis and couldn’t sleep through the night with the rub cremes and lotions she had been trying. Invigorate is the result of a long search for relief.

The key ingredients are magnesium, MSM and oil of hemp. These are combined with essential oils such as  Frankincense and Sandalwood allow Lavender, Bergamot, Bulgarian Rose, and Orange. Healing herbs such as herbs such as turmeric, valerian, and devil’s claw are also included.

The whole process produces a naturally fragrant lotion that absorbs quickly and smells beautifully fresh and vibrant. Take it from someone who not only has tried every rub there is and is allergic to half of the world’s smells, this is very important. The citrus plus aroma instantly relaxes me before the lotion even has a chance to work.

I haven’t currently been able to get off of any of my chronic pain meds since starting with Invigorate; however, I do feel stronger and have more freedom of motion which are two very important things beyond the pain relief I feel each time I use it.

Resonant Botanicals package their products in brushed aluminum bottles to protect their natural products from chemicals, etc. that can be found in plastic bottles. To me, this is environmentally a good decision.

One more thing I like about this company is that they really care about their customers. They are developing a “Pay It Forward” program where you can pay for a small bottle of Invigorate to be given to someone in pain who can’t afford to buy it.

I can’t recommend this product enough. It has been a lifesaver for me. Just typing this review can be difficult but my fingers feel almost as strong with Invigorate as they did before my health problems!

  1. I recently bought a bottle and have been using it on my hands. My fingers and wrists have arthritis in them. I love the smell and it does not aggravate my asthma, which is very important to me. It doesn’t take the pain all away, but it definitely helps lessen it so I function a bit better.

    1. Yes, I agree with you on both counts – I have asthma too and can not be too careful about scents. This is one that is actually refreshing for me. And no, it doesn’t take away all the pain, but it helps me to sleep or work or enjoy whatever!
