Foodie Friday – Mother’s Day Lemon Meringue Pie

It’s Pie/Pi Day – March 14, 2016

Thanks, again, to Tony Burgess for this reminder and a little bit of trivia!

The Tony Burgess Blog

It’s March 14 (3/14/16) and the celebration of (3.14) or Pi which is the mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. This is a tongue and cheek nod to pie which is usually a round pastry made with different fillings and toppings. I believe Pi and Pie are both good.

Enjoy a piece of pie today. Savory or sweet its all good.
