This week's Foodie Friday is another reblog because it is such a great Mother's Day dessert! My Mom made lemon meringue pie often and it was a family favourite.

It’s March 14 (3/14/16) and the celebration of (3.14) or Pi which is the mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. This is a tongue and cheek nod to pie which is usually a round pastry made with different fillings and toppings. I believe Pi and Pie are both good.
Enjoy a piece of pie today. Savory or sweet its all good.
