It looks like there won’t be a Blogmas post today. I had what I thought was a really good one about one of my favorite Christmas carols. I had quoted some info from Wikipedia, to which I gave credit. I embedded a video, in the same way, I always do. I used an image from Google (not my favorite choice) so I used the URL instead of uploading. But for some reason no matter what I did the post would not show up and no one sent me any information as to why they didn’t like it.
I like to think of myself as a very above board type of person. I work very hard to follow the rules and if I break one it is usually by accident. Just tell me what is wrong and I will fix it.
So, I am a bit of a Scrooge today, not much in the holiday spirit. My sciatica is in full force and I am spending the time I was planning to have a rest, writing this.
I am okay, really, I just need to get feelings out. Once they are out there, I feel better, and I do. I am just curious to see if this one posts!

I’ve included videos a few times. It’s never been a problem. I’ve seen videos on many posts. I didn’t think it was an issue.

No, it usually isn’t. But obviously the one I originally posted (and/or the wikipedia quote) wasn’t allowed. I always post videos with an embed link and they are fine.

I wonder why that particular video wasn’t allowed. I didn’t even know that our posts could be blocked by WP. I must still be very green, despite being here for over a year.
